LOG IN TO YOUR DASHBOARD AND COMPLETE YOUR PROFILE.
If this is your first time logging in, your username and password are both your email address. Please change your password once you log in. Upon logging in, please add all of the requested information (ie. contact information, kids names and ages, pet information if you have pets, emergency contacts, notes for caregiver, and anything about your family you’d like us to know). It’s also extremely helpful if you add a photo of your family (or kids- whichever you prefer). You’ll see on your dashboard where you can add a booking or a permanent placement anytime. Once we have candidate matches for you, they can also be found in your dashboard and of course, we will be in touch along the way.

Our app is a great way to quickly request and manage care if you are away from your computer. It can be downloaded in the Apple App or Google Play Store. The logo is bright red with white text “The Nanny Connection and Co”. Once downloaded you’ll be able to log in, make requests, see caregiver confirmation and contact and share feedback (which goes straight to me and remains confidential).
